Advertiser of the Year

Advertiser of the Year

The Cannes Lions Advertiser Of The Year Awards is presented to advertisers who have distinguished themselves for inspiring innovative marketing of their products and who embrace and encourage the creative work produced by their agencies.

This year the award goes to IKEA.

The award will be presented to Noel Wijsmans, Global Retail Manager and Vice President of IKEA Group at the awards ceremony on Saturday 25 June.

Media Person of the Year

Media Person of the Year

The Festival presents The Media Person of the Year Award to a prominent personality who is an influential figure in the development of today’s media landscape, ultimately playing an integral part in shaping the future of the creative communications industry. This year the award goes to:

Lion of St. Mark

Lion of St Mark

The Lion of St. Mark is a new award to celebrate and honour a long and outstanding contribution to creativity in communications. Cannes Lions will proudly present the first ever Lion of St. Mark to Sir John Hegarty, Worldwide Creative Director and Founder of Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH) at the awards ceremony on Saturday 26 June.
