Heineken PACO will appear in Russia in October
Some time ago the young progressive designer from France, known all over the world as Ora-Ito, developed ergonomic package for Heineken beer. The bottle design appeared to be so original, that soon Ito received the premium "Best package design" for it. The innovation was in a harmonious combination of futuristic bottle appearance with the subject functionality. It is pleasant and convenient to hold the bottle in hands. Besides it was made from the unusual for such package material - aluminum. Till that time only tins were aluminium:
Since October 2005 Heineken PACO aluminium bottle will appear on sale in Russia. It will be possible to buy it only in the best nightclubs of Moscow and St.-Petersburg.
Ora-Ito's design career began with creation of virtual things for quite real companies - ad of Louis Vuitton bag and a camouflage case for Macintosh notebook. Ito placed them in the Internet, as though these things had been really produced.
Now he works in Paris at the absolutely real things for the large number of big customers (Toyota, Sony, Adidas, Capellini, B&B Italia).
The exhibition of Ora-Ito's works takes place in Art Play gallery since 7 till 11 October with the organizational support of Heineken. The designer was personally present at the exhibition opening and gave some interviews to the Russian journalists.
