The TNK-BP IT Intranet site is open

The Metric experts developed the bilingual Intranet site for the TNK BP Company Information Technologies service.

The site has been created on the basis of Optimizer technology.

The Metric experts have developed the Intranet site on the basis of technical project, given by the Customer. The For Users section is the Main section of the Intrasite. In the given section the information, necessary for employees for interacting with IT service and normal operation in the Corporate Network is assembled: coordinates and Helpdesk operating procedure, lists of employees of the service with photos, lists of disposable programs, instructions and "what to do, if …" helps.

Besides, the basic information on IT service and its regional divisions, regulating documents under standards and policies of the Company, realized projects and standard procedure of initialization and accomplishment of CVP projects are presented on the site.

The Intranet site design visually consolidates the site with group of Intranet sites of the TNK ВР Company. To services of users within the framework of the project, the plural news feed has been realized, which intercalates the mechanism of a choice of types of documents and renvoi periodicity. The Internet system maintains users operations protocolling mode. It is remarkable, that the interface of back office intended for operation at once with two Intranet sites: TNK ВР TRAP, TNK ВР IT sites and maintains the function of documents publication on the TNK ВР Navigator Corporate Intranet Portal directly.
